Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every order meets our luxury quality standards.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We offer standard shipping and express delivery options across Canada.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100 CAD before tax.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries.
International delivery times vary depending on location and carrier but typically arrive within 7–15 business days.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or international fees applied by their destination country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through our carrier’s website or via your Fresh & Famous Account Dashboard.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Fresh & Famous Inc. is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damage.
We will work with you to replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
